Delete your Jerry account

In-app (recommended if you still have access)

1. Open Jerry on your device.
2. Go to the Care Circle tab and tap the settings gear.
3. Scroll to “Delete my account.”
4. Confirm.

By email (if you no longer have access to the app)

Send a request to hello@jerryliving.com from the email address associated with your Jerry account. Use the subject line “Delete my account.” We'll process your request within 5 business days.

Delete a care circle without deleting your account

If you want to delete a care circle you manage — including all messages, notes, care tasks, medications, and photos in it — but keep your Jerry account, you can remove just that circle:

1. Open Jerry.
2. Go to the Care Circle tab and tap the settings gear.
3. Scroll to “Delete this care circle.”
4. Type the cared-for person's first name to confirm.
5. Confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, care circle memberships, messages, notes, photos, medications, care tasks, emergency contacts, and all personal data associated with your account.

What may be retained

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.

Data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no retention period beyond what is described above.
